Who handles your data

The data controller is Mebel Stil OOD (company no. 147204683), registered at 59 Aleksandar Veliki St., Burgas, referred to below as “МЕБЕЛ СТИЛ”. You can reach us at mebelstil59@gmail.com or 0884 159 206.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address and the text of your message. Nothing else, and no tracking cookies.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the consent you give with the checkbox on the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

The form is processed by Web3Forms, a service that forwards your message to our email. The messages arrive in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. Both companies process the data solely to deliver your message to us.

The map at the bottom of the page loads from Google only if you press the button yourself. Until you do, nothing is sent to Google. Fonts are served from our own server, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, and where an enquiry becomes a contract, for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to mebelstil59@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been breached you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection ( cpdp.bg).
